I developed an AR experience (for a Card Activation Benefits showcase) while at Amex using Unity's ARFoundation.  While the Unity app created produced a superior AR experience, the project ultimately led to using 8th Wall's WebAR tech instead as it could provide a similar experience, but more light weight with no app install required.

Ultimately, the AR portion (using either tech was fairly simple), the harder part was developing content that could be animated, which required researching 2D content creation converted to 3D. I ended up writing and sharing an article on the process here.
